What is iCloud Lock
In the Apple devices all apple iPhones and iPads have a iCloud Locks. You can put your iCloud ID in iPhones and iPads when you put the ID so your device is lock via FMI (Find My iDevice). After reset the device you need same ID & Password to Unlock your iCloud lock from your iPhone and iPad.

How To Bypass iCloud iPhone 5 & 5C
Now it's very easy just you need to follow my steps because this is free tool so you need to focus on my steps.
Install: You need to boot Macintosh in USD and install into any hard drive
Flash: First full flash your iPhone and when flashing done do not turn on your iPhone
DFU: After flash done quickly turn iPhone into DFU Mode
Macintosh: Now turn on this Mac and install Sliver 2 tool into Mac
Sliver 2: Open sliver 2 tool and go to Ramdisk option now select A6 device
Model: Select your model Like iPhone 5 or 5C
PWN: Now click on PWNDFU
Ramdisk: Run the Standard Ramdisk option
Device: Click on the Relay device info
Setup App: Simply click on the Delete setup.app
Reboot: iPhone 5 or 5C auto reboot iCloud Bypass done
